Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Refried beans
  • Avocado
  • Salsa
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add cooking oil.
  2. Fry the eggs to your preferred doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Warm the corn tostadas in a separate pan for about a minute on each side.
