A creamy, decadent cheesecake with the nutty aroma of browned butter and crunchy pecans on a crisp graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup browned butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and browned butter.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy your decadent cheesecake!
