These Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are crispy, spicy, and a healthier alternative to traditional wings, perfect for game nights and gatherings.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to a sizzling 450°F (230°C).
  2. Mix together the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Gradually add the water and whisk until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure they are completely coated.
  4. Arrange the battered florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Combine the hot sauce and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  6. Toss the baked cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with celery sticks and ranch dressing.

Notes

For an extra crunch, try coating the cauliflower with panko breadcrumbs before baking.
