Delicious and crispy Buffalo cauliflower wings, a healthier alternative to traditional wings, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Prepare the Batter by whisking together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip the Florets into the batter, shaking off excess.
  4. Arrange the battered florets on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Coat with buffalo sauce and olive oil in a separate bowl.
  7. Return coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  8. Serve hot, with dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, and fresh veggie sticks. For leftovers, store in an airtight container and reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
