  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to gear up for baking those delicious wings to crispy perfection.
  2. Mix together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Place the coated florets onto a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Mix buffalo sauce with the melted butter in another bowl.
  7. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until well-coated.
  8. Return the coated cauliflower wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra crispiness, toss the florets in a tablespoon of cornstarch before dipping in batter. Pair with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
