A creamy, spicy dip perfect for gatherings, combining shredded chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce.
  3. Mix everything until it’s totally combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days.
