A delightful blend of creamy, cheesy pasta and shredded chicken enveloped in zesty buffalo sauce, perfect for casual gatherings or family dinners.

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Combine cooked chicken and buffalo sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Toss in the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and mix to combine.
  4. Mix in the ranch or blue cheese dressing until everything is well-coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.

Notes

This dish stores beautifully! If you have leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the fridge where they’ll keep for about 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave, adding a little splash of buffalo sauce or dressing to keep it moist.
