A vibrant salad featuring spicy buffalo chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy ranch dressing, perfect for a quick lunch or game day gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken in a bowl with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. Prepare the salad base by combining lettuce, tomatoes, celery, and blue cheese in a large salad bowl.
  3. Add the buffalo chicken on top of the salad.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
