Crispy and spicy Buffalo Wings perfect for any gathering, served with cool blue cheese dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Celery and carrot sticks for serving
  • Blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chicken wings with salt in a large bowl. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the hot sauce, white vinegar, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Toss the baked wings in the prepared sauce until fully coated.
  6. Serve the wings hot with celery and carrot sticks, and blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

For even crispier wings, pat them dry before seasoning. Adjust the spice level to your preference.
