Delicious Burger Bowls that capture the essence of summer, loaded with fresh vegetables and juicy beef.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cheese (optional)
  • Your favorite burger toppings (pickles, mustard, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until beautifully browned. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Prepare the fresh ingredients by washing, halving cherry tomatoes, dicing cucumber, and shredding lettuce.
  3. Assemble your Burger Bowls by layering fresh lettuce as the base, followed by seasoned beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.
  4. Top with cheese and your favorite burger toppings.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for a quick grab-and-go meal.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Ground turkey or chicken can be used as substitutes for beef.
