A delightful blend of juicy chicken coated in a creamy, buttery sauce infused with honey and garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Create the Flavor Base: In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the chicken breasts in the skillet for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Deglaze the skillet by adding the chicken broth to scrape up any flavorful bits stuck to the bottom.
  5. Stir in the butter mixture and cook until smooth, letting all those flavors blend together.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the buttery sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it’s fully cooked. Customize with your favorite spices and veggies.
