  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Mix the Herb Butter: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub it all over: Generously rub the butter mixture over the turkey breast.
  3. Set it up in the Crockpot: Place the turkey breast in the crockpot and pour in the chicken broth.
  4. Let it cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Rest and serve: Once cooked, let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Notes
