  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by placing it in a baking dish and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together the halved cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl.
