A rich, creamy cheesecake swirled with tender cinnamon-infused apples, all atop a crunchy graham cracker crust, drizzled with warm caramel.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Pack this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Mix well until all ingredients are blended.
  7. Fold in the diced apples gently.
  8. Carefully pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  11. Just before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with nuts if desired.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for a delightful treat.
