Deliciously crispy and flavorful cauliflower wings tossed in spicy buffalo sauce, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Mix the all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until smooth for the batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden-brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and toss the florets in buffalo sauce mixed with olive oil.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunchiness, add cornstarch to the batter. To reheat leftovers, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes.
