  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan generously.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter in another bowl.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix, gently stirring until just combined.
