A comforting and nostalgic dish combining the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with crispy French fries, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups frozen French fries
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it’s browned, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the frozen French fries evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the cooked ground beef over the fries evenly.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, covering the entire surface.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the fries are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Drizzle ketchup over the top before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings like diced tomatoes or pickles. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
