Ingredients

  • Gnocchi
  • Cooked chicken, shredded
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Cream cheese
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to a cozy 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil your gnocchi according to package instructions. As you see them float, you’ll know they’re ready! Drain and set aside.
  3. Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a skillet and heat it over medium. Toss in the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon, allowing the flavors to mingle.
  4. Stir in the cream cheese until it melts and creates a creamy base that envelops the chicken and bacon.
  5. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Fold the cooked gnocchi into the chicken and bacon mixture, ensuring everything is coated in that luscious sauce.
  7. Transfer the entire mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  8. Top the gnocchi mix with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  9. Pop your dish into the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
