Delicious burritos filled with shredded chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and melted cheese, offering a satisfying meal perfect for gatherings or cozy dinners.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, mixing well.
  2. Add the ranch dressing, green onions, diced celery, and half of the shredded cheese to the chicken mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. Place a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the filling.
  6. Roll the burritos tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
  7. Lightly toast the burritos in a skillet for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
