Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and slice it.
  6. Add the heavy cream and mozzarella cheese to the same skillet, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Add the cooked bowtie pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  8. Serve garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If needed, add a splash of milk or cream when reheating to regain the creamy texture.
