A deliciously toasted sandwich filled with seasoned ground beef and melty cheese, perfect for indulging in comforting flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar or American)
  • 2 slices Bread (for toasting)
  • 1/2 Onion (optional)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter (for toasting)

Instructions

  1. Brown the Ground Beef in a skillet over medium heat, adding garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sauté the Onions until translucent and mix with the beef.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.
  4. Assemble the sandwich with beef and onion mixture, topping with cheese and another slice of bread, buttered side out.
  5. Toast the assembled sandwich in the skillet until golden brown, flipping to melt the cheese.
  6. Serve warm, cutting in half to enjoy the melty center.

Notes
