A comforting casserole filled with savory ground beef, creamy mushroom soup, crispy tater tots, and melting cheese that brings family and friends together.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Prepare the mixture by combining the cooked beef with cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Layer the beef mixture in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Add a layer of frozen tater tots on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tater tots.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
