A comforting and cheesy hashbrown casserole perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz package refrigerated hashbrowns
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup minced white onion
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1.5 cups corn flakes cereal (roughly crushed)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix together the refrigerated hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese, sour cream, minced onion, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Spread the cheesy hashbrown mixture evenly in the prepared casserole dish.
  4. Mix together the crushed corn flakes with 2 tablespoons of melted butter for the topping.
  5. Sprinkle the corn flakes mixture over the hashbrown layer and bake for about 45 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden brown.

Notes
