  • 1 cup Sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 Egg roll wrappers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in the cooked sausage and shredded cheese until well combined.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the egg mixture in the center.
  4. Roll the wrapper, folding in the sides to seal tightly.
