Delicious and comforting cheesy stuffed mushrooms filled with breadcrumbs, garlic, and herbs, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, spaced apart.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.

Notes

These mushrooms are best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
