Delightfully soft and chewy cookies bursting with chocolatey goodness, perfect for cozy afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Can also be refrigerated for up to a week.
