A delightful Chicken Caprese Panini with grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, basil, and balsamic glaze, perfect for a quick lunch or elegant dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (ciabatta or focaccia)
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your panini press or skillet.
  2. Drizzle olive oil generously on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the grilled chicken slices with fresh mozzarella, basil leaves, and tomato slices on the opposite side of the bread.
  4. Add balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Assemble the sandwich, topping it with the second slice of bread, olive oil side up.
  6. Grill until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, sliced in half, and enjoy!

Notes
