A delightful fusion of Mexican fajita flavors combined with comforting pasta in a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in olive oil over medium heat until softened.
  3. Add the slices of chicken and garlic, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
  4. Incorporate fajita seasoning and cook for another minute.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
