  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the broccoli and bell peppers, sautéing until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing until well mixed.
