A refreshing and indulgent no-cook dessert made with layers of ripe mangoes, creamy whipped cream, and crunchy graham crackers.

  • 4 ripe mangoes, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (about 200 grams) graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and gently mix until well combined.
  3. In a rectangular dish, place a layer of graham crackers at the bottom as a crunchy foundation.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture followed by a layer of sliced mangoes; repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a thick layer of cream on top.
  5. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Slice and enjoy the chilled layers of mango float.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor. Substitute heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
