Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and golden.
