Delightfully rich brownie bombs filled with a gooey chocolate ganache center, perfect for a sweet treat or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache (for molten center)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Fill each mini muffin cup halfway with the brownie batter. Add a small spoonful of chocolate ganache in the center and cover with more brownie batter.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the tops are set but centers are still soft.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce for added indulgence. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
