Instructions

  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Heat the Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Cook the Pancakes: Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet, cooking until bubbles form.
  7. Flip and Continue Cooking: Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown.

Notes
