A rich and luxurious chocolate tart paired with the fresh tartness of raspberries, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the tart shell if not pre-baked. Let it cool completely.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  3. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate and unsalted butter, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate ganache into the cooled tart shell, spreading it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set the ganache.
  6. Top the tart with fresh raspberries before serving.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar if desired, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Use high-quality dark chocolate for the best flavor. Let the tart sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
