Ingredients

  • 1 can flaky biscuits
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cut the biscuits into quarters and set aside.
  3. In a greased casserole dish, layer the chopped biscuits.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the biscuits evenly.
  5. Top generously with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and sliced olives.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
