Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh or canned cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Creaming the butter in a mixing bowl until luxuriously smooth.
  2. Mixing in the chopped cranberries into the creamed butter.
  3. Pouring in honey, followed by cinnamon and salt.
  4. Mixing all the ingredients until well combined.
  5. Transferring the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerating for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

For a smoother texture, ensure your butter is very soft. Adjust sweetness with more or less honey as desired.
