A creamy, dreamy dessert featuring cranberries, mini marshmallows, and whipped cream, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries and condensed milk in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans to the cranberry mixture.
  3. Whip the cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Incorporate the whipped cream into the cranberry mixture until fully blended.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix gently.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best served fresh.
