  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons mixed herbs (such as thyme and rosemary)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking twine (for tying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the diced onions in melted butter over medium heat until translucent.
  3. Combine the sautéed onions with breadcrumbs, dried cranberries, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Prepare the turkey breast by butterflying it.
  5. Stuff the butterflied turkey breast with the stuffing mixture.
  6. Tie the rolled turkey breast with cooking twine to secure it.
  7. Bake the stuffed turkey breast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Rest, slice, and serve after letting it rest for about 10 minutes.
