  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a baking dish.
  2. Open the can of cinnamon rolls, and cut each roll into quarters.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Toss the cinnamon roll pieces in the egg mixture to coat thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and the custard is set.
  7. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and maple syrup until smooth for the glaze.
  8. Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the casserole before serving.
