Deliciously sweet and chewy Coconut Rum Snow Squares, perfect for festive gatherings.

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, crushed graham crackers, sweetened condensed milk, rum, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a lined or greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  4. Cut into squares and serve as festive treats.
