Delicious Coconut Toffee Bars featuring layers of graham cracker, toasted coconut, and chocolate — the perfect nostalgic treat.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Mix the sweetened shredded coconut, brown sugar, and sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Pour over the crust.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let sit to melt. Spread melted chocolate evenly.
  6. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
  7. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
