  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Crushed cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden, then remove and let it cool completely.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl.
  6. Add the cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  7. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cookie butter mixture.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  9. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
