  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, blending well.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Spoon the cookie dough into muffin tins, pressing down slightly to form cups.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then create a small well in the center of each cup.
  9. Fill each cup with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
