A healthier twist on traditional pizza crust made with cottage cheese for extra protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Toppings of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Prepare the pizza pan by greasing it.
  5. Pre-bake the crust in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Top the pre-baked crust with your favorite toppings.
  7. Bake again for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
