A celebration of classic flavors, these Crack Burgers are juicy beef patties with cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard, topped with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine the ground beef, diced onions, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into patties about 3/4 inch thick.
  4. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
  6. Assemble the burgers with the grilled patties, lettuce, tomato, and any condiments.
  7. Serve the Crack Burgers hot off the grill.

Notes

For extra juiciness, use ground beef with higher fat content. Don’t skip toasting the buns to prevent sogginess.
