A creamy and flavorful slow-cooked chicken dish that combines chicken breasts with ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and bacon for a comforting meal.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by placing it in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Top the chicken with the cream cheese.
  4. Cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or 480 minutes (8 hours) until tender.
  5. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and mix it with the cream cheese and ranch seasoning.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until well combined.
  7. Dish out the warm chicken mix and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

This dish can be served over rice, in a bun, or with crackers. It stores well in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
