Delightful Brie bites wrapped in buttery puff pastry, filled with creamy Brie and tart cranberry sauce, topped with crunchy walnuts and rosemary.

Ingredients

  • Brie cheese
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Buttery puff pastry
  • Walnuts
  • Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the puff pastry package instructions.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3-4 inch squares.
  3. Place a small piece of Brie cheese in the center of each square, followed by a dollop of cranberry sauce.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the cheese and sauce to create bite-sized parcels.
  5. Top each parcel with chopped walnuts and a sprinkle of rosemary.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
