  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup low carb chocolate chips or cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until creamy.
  2. Add the low carb chocolate chips (or cocoa powder), sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until firm.
