A hearty and comforting creamy pasta dish featuring fettuccine, ground beef, and a luscious Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the fettuccine by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet with the beef for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted. Use reserved pasta water to achieve desired sauce consistency.
  6. Combine the cooked fettuccine with the sauce in the skillet, mixing thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
