  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk in the eggs until fully incorporated.
